Fr. Michael -

Greetings from Minnesota. How wonderful for you to be in Spain again. It is such a beautiful country, I pray I get back there very soon. I can't help but think of Henry Ward Beecher's
quote when I think of your camino: "Difficulties are God's errands; and when we are sent upon them we should esteem it a proof of God's confidence--as a compliment from God." My girls and I will pray for your safety and peace. Tammy McCanna

Michael,

We have been following your blog with great interest. It was with much sadness that we learned about the death of your dog Gyspy. We keep you and Jessie in our prayers. We miss you.

Dear Michael,

I found your blog in the newsletter
at St. Christopher's last week.
It's so fun to follow your journey
and to see what a great time you are having. It makes me think more
about doing the French part sooner
than later.

Here's an anecdote from my time
on the Camino. One night we were
stay at an Albergue and a guy in
our group was on his way too the
bathroom when he felt something
under his foot crunch. It turned
out to be another Pilgrim's set of
false teeth. What a surprize that
was going to be for someone. We
never found out who it was.
